Cate lives and works in Hornsea. Prior to rekindling her passion for art a few years ago, Cate had a successful career in science and healthcare. Her scientific background informs her work , she has a particular interest in nature and flowing organic forms. She works with watercolour and acrylics, using both mediums in her painting, mixed media pieces and collage. She has recently launched her website where examples of her work can be purchased.
