Palette Knife Painting

Heather paints in oils and acrylics and finds working with a palette knife very spontaneous and exhilarating. She’ll do a small demonstration to show the techniques she uses before we try them out on our own ‘masterpieces’.
Please bring:
- a large canvas or canvas board
- acrylic or oil paints,
- palettes, palette knife, pots – Heather will have extra palette knives for you to use
- newspapers, rags
- easels, pencils, sketch pads
- photos to work from – any subject that inspires you
Doors open at 9.30 am
Tea, coffee and cordials will be available on the day, but please bring your own packed lunch
